- ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring systems, controls, and lighting throughout the factory facility.
- Handle installation, servicing, and repair of electrical systems on leather production machines (e.g., tanning drum machines, finishing machines, etc.).
- Analyze and diagnose electrical issues occurring on factory equipment and infrastructure, and perform the necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical components and equipment (such as transformers, circuit breakers, electrical panels) to prevent failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, including planning, implementing, and evaluating electrical safety systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics as guidance for installation and repair work.
- Report work results, technical issues, and project progress to supervisors or the engineering manager.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Electrical and Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems in manufacturing or leather tannery operations.
- Skilled in using technical tools and measuring instruments.
- Able to work in a team and possesses good communication skills.
- Understands procedures. occupational health and safety
- Possession of a Kemenaker Electrical Technician Safety (SIO K3) certification is a plus.

- CUSTOMS CLEARANCE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all export and import activities, including customs clearance processes, shipping documentation, and billing.
- Ensure all trade operations comply with customs regulations, import/export laws, and government requirements across multiple countries.
- Serve as the primary communication link with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to resolve issues, respond to audits, and expedite the licensing and approval process.
- Direct the preparation, review, and submission of accurate and complete customs documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, Certificates of Origin, and other leather- industry-related documents.
- Conduct regular internal audits of customs entries and procedures to identify improvement areas and ensure the highest level of compliance.
- Lead, train, and mentor customs staff to maintain optimal performance and ensure strong understanding of evolving compliance policies.
- Quickly and effectively address customs-related delays and challenges to minimize disruption to shipment schedules.

A Customs Clearance Manager is fully responsible for all customs-related processes in bonded zone, ensuring compliance with international and domestic trade regulations while optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University, preferably in International Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Chemical Management, or a related field.
- Experience 5-10 years in customs or import-export operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial. 3.Experience working in highly regulated industries such as leather (or similar chemical/manufacturing sectors) is often an added advantage.
- A valid Indonesian Customs Expert Certification (PPJK) is essential.
- Deep knowledge of customs regulations, international trade laws, and Indonesian customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written in English. Mandarin is a preferred and point plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, critical for customs documentation.
- Proficiency in related software systems (ERP, SAP, or electronic customs systems).
- ENGINEERING MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all production machinery and equipment (tanning machines, dryers, etc) operate optimally through preventive maintenance programs and timely repairs.
- Analyze workflows and design more efficient, effective, and cost-saving production processes, including identifying potential improvements in product design and assembly line processes. 3. Ensure all production processes meet strict quality standards to produce leather products with the desired texture, durability, and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s HSE standards, procedures, and policies, including overseeing environmentally friendly tanning methods and chemical waste management.
- Lead, guide, and supervise engineers and technical staff, including managing their performance and professional development.
- Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects- such as new equipment installations or facility modifications-according to the approved budget and schedule.
- Prepare project proposals and departmental budgets, and analyze operational data for reporting to senior management.

A Engineering Manager in a leather manufacturing company is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of operations, from maintaining production machinery to developing efficient and environmentally friendly tanning processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields).
- Around 10 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-5 years in a technical leadership role. Specific experience in leather tanning or leather manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, leather manufacturing processes, quality control systems (such as SPC), and data analysis. Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD) may be required.
- Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Project management capability, basic financial and budgeting knowledge, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER OF SALES
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating long-term sales strategies and business plans to achieve profitable revenue growth, particularly relevant to leather products. 2. Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the sales team to ensure both individual and team targets are achieved.
- Ensure sales targets (revenue) and other financial objectives are met in accordance with the established budget.
- Identify new market opportunities,
develop prospects, and build long-term relationships with key customers (both B2B and B2C in the leather industry). - Analyze market trends, sales performance, and other key metrics to create realistic forecasts and identify growth areas.
